                                 I think it is more a sign of strength, courage and even wisdom as I know that my stress level will decrease after those tears are out. And finding ways to release our stress is one of the best things that we can do for ourselves and our overall mental/emotional/physical health. I rarely hear of someone saying they feel more stressed or upset after crying. Unless, they are referring to the bags under their eyes afterwards...LOL

In our culture today, so many people are confused about what love is. We love pizza, movies and sports, but we also love our family or spouse. If we look to the Word of God, we see God’s definition of love. First Corinthians 13 tells us that “love is patient and kind. It does not envy, nor boast. It is not proud. It is not rude. It does not seek its own way, is not easily angered, and keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not rejoice in evil, but rejoices in the truth. Love believes, hopes and endures. Love never fails.” This is how God responds to us, and this is how we should respond to the people in our lives — with patience, kindness, hope, humility and love. Scripture tells us that God is love, and His character never changes!

Today and every day, know that God loves you with an everlasting love. He will never leave you nor forsake you. He is for you and has a good plan for you. Receive His perfect love today and let Him transform you from the inside out. His love is the greatest love and will last throughout all eternity! =)

Whitney's Music Touched So Many Hearts Including Mine

 I’m creating my own Whitney list of memories here

but first i would like to say,

She was taken from us way too soon. 

     

She was sick for so long 

and my only solace is that she doesn't have to fight any more =)

In many of her interviews I saw she was really trying to get better but i also notice she  didn't have much strength. I think her body fought three lifetimes worth in all her years . some times I would think about what it took for her to just get through every day . It took the strength many of us only have to summon once in a lifetime.. she really tried to fight those demons who kept her in the shadows for so long.what I loved the most about Whitney Houston was that even in the midst of her struggles, pain and addiction  she praised god  she didn't lose faith in him she  made sure the people, her fans and the world knew she still believe in Jesus god almighty and I  loved that about her  she knew god was going to deliver her and he did....He Called Her Home ..May God Rest Her Soul..... But Her Music Will Live On Forever ....''My love for her music grew as time went by I started listening to Houston's songs since I was eight, I even sang Whitney Houston's popular hit Greatest Love of All with my friends in grammar school, I  used  to dance along to the song I Wanna Dance with Somebody  and ( So Emotional ) in my room  with my sisters when i was young,  Whitney Houston's song One Moment in Time got me  through stressful times .When I needed a pick-me-up, I listened to that song and it helped me stay on the course of things,Her songs were very inspiring to me. She will never be replaced,Saving All My Love Is And Always Will be my favorite song  By Whitney Houston =)

I LOVE THE OCEAN

I'm always happy when I'm surrounded by water. I guess that's why I love and enjoy the summer so much, because its the only season I can go to the beach. I truly feel connected to everything & at the same time I feel free. The ocean makes  me feel really small & puts my Whole life into perspective. It reminds me that I'm this very little piece of this huge beautiful green earth, and it humbles me and it almost make me feel like I've been baptist and born again when i get out of the ocean, & I don't quite feel the same. When I'm near the ocean I'm in such great peaceful state. My mind is at ease. No wonder god took his time to gives us the best things in life . The gift to see, hear & touch the world around us. Sometimes its almost unreal to me that we are given life , to give life & enjoy life for a brief moment. I know that I've Been blessed in many indescribable ways, So I cherish every moment here & everywhere ...because at the end of the day the little things are the ones that have more meaning in this life. Sleep Well Babe, Because After Tomorrow You Don't Have To Worry Anymore About What It Is That Makes Him Turn Away Or Why When You Touch Him  He Trembles. It Will Take Awhile  That's True , But Just Think You Never Have To Wake Up Again  In The Middle Of The Night To Find Him Sitting By The Window Staring..And There Will Be No More Questions That You Can't Answer. No More Apologies For The Things You Didn't Do. No More Out burst Of Tears That He  Can't Kiss Away.You Will Be So Much Better Off .... You Won't Have To Explain His Moodiness To Your Friends Or The Sudden Coolness To Yourself. And You'll Never Again Have To Look At His Etchings And Wonder Who Is He Thinking Of....No More Lies, No More Strangeness , No More Pain, No More Him...Because This Morning She Called To Tell You , To Tell him...Its Over!....

We all need second chances.  This isn’t a perfect world.  We’re not perfect people.  I’m probably on my 1000th second chance right now and I’m not ashamed to admit it.  Because even though I’ve failed a lot, it means I’ve tried a lot too.We rarely get things right the first time.  Almost every major accomplishment in a person’s life starts with the decision to try again and again – to get up after every failed attempt and give it another shot.....

Everything is a life lesson.  Everyone you meet, everything you encounter, etc.  They’re all part of the learning experience we call ‘life.’

Every difficult moment in our lives is accompanied by an opportunity for personal growth and creativity.  But in order to attain this growth and creativity, we must first learn to let go of the past.  We must recognize that difficulties pass like everything else in life.  And once they pass, all we’re left with are our unique experiences and the lessons required two make a better attempt next time.

When you appreciate what you have, what you have appreciates in value.  Kinda cool right?  So basically, being grateful for the goodness that is already evident in your life will bring you a deeper sense of happiness.  And that’s without having to go out and buy anything.  It makes sense.  learn to appreciate you life , the world! if not you're gonna have a hard time ever being happy if you are not  thankful for what you already have.
